Where to Stay in Malden During the Four Days Marches
Malden is close to the starting line: about 7 km away, and often within a 20-minute bike ride. It’s ideal if you want to travel a short distance without staying right in the center of Nijmegen. As a result, it tends to fill up relatively early.

B&Bs, nearby hotels, and private accommodations are good options. Campgrounds are more commonly found a bit further south (toward Groesbeek/Mook). Book early—accommodations near the starting line fill up quickly.

Public transportation by bus to Nijmegen (about 18 minutes); the Nijmegen Heyendaal train station is a convenient transfer point. For many runners, biking to the starting line is the biggest perk. Parking is usually less crowded than in the city center.
