Vierdaagse Logeren (vierdaagselogeren.nl) respects your privacy. This page briefly explains which data we process.

What data

Via the contact form, signup forms, lead forms and booking alerts we may receive: name or email address, optional phone number, town, stay type, group size, preferences, and your message.

Clicks through to providers may be stored technically (provider, page, time) to improve ranking. This is not marketing profiling.

Why

We use that data to answer your question, alert you when 2027 campsite bookings open, or review a listing signup. Alert mail is task-based, not a generic newsletter. We would collect marketing consent separately if we ever need it. We do not sell data to third parties.

Processing

Form messages are emailed via Resend. Site management runs through GitHub and Decap CMS. Structured leads may later be stored in our own database (Supabase).

Retention

We keep email correspondence and alerts as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards no longer than is reasonable for administration or disputes. You can ask for deletion via the contact form.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. Functional cookies may be needed to sign in to the CMS (/admin).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact us via the contact form or email contact@vierdaagselogeren.nl.

Changes

We may update this text if our process changes. The current version is always on this page.
